Our well established client in the private healthcare sector is seeking for an experience Clinic Assistant/ Patient Service Associate to join their specialist clinic!

5.5 days office hours (Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm; Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm)

Women's specialist clinic in central region

Annual AWS + VB

Responsibilities

Ensure clinic is ready for operations before opening time (counter, dispensary room, treatment zones, etc.), and ensure proper closing after end of business hours.

Register patients, process payments, handle cashier duties, and submit Medisave or insurance claims.

Chaperone doctors when needed and assist medical staff during work hours

Dispense medications accurately under supervision.

Manage inventory of dispensary items.

Requirements

Minimum GCE N/O Level

Possess at least a year of experience in customer service sector

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn systems for patient registration and billing.

Prior experience within a healthcare setting   is highly preferred

Comfortable to commit to a 5.5 days work week
