Night Shift Production Supervisor (company bus, west)

Overview:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient output, quality standards, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate production workflows to meet targets, schedules, and quality requirements.

Supervise and allocate tasks to team members, including scheduling and overtime management.

Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

Lead, motivate, and manage team performance, training, and development.

Ensure workplace safety, security, and good housekeeping practices.

Maintain product quality by identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and preventing non-conformities.

Support process improvements, equipment optimization, and new project initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements

Diploma in Engineering or related field.

Experience in managing operators and line leaders is a must.

Relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage operations independently and drive continuous improvement.
