Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing timely communication and personalized service
Manage customer bookings accurately to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels and uphold brand image
Collaborate with team members to support overall customer service goals and enhance client experience
