Retail Executive (luxury Products)

1.       Sales

Ensure individual sales target is met.

Attend to customers’ enquires and create sales opportunity and cultivate long-term relationship with customers, build and maintain customer database, and to follow-up after sales services.

2.    Operations

Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.

Attend to customers’ requirements, and to provide assistance on the choice of brands and models, provide product information and pricing, and demonstrate product usage.

3.    Marketing

Involved in all in-house promotional activities.

Participate and render support to all promotional activities when required.

Job Requirements:

1 to 2 years of retail experience – those with luxury retail experience would be highly preferred.

ITE/ Diploma with NO Working experience is welcome to apply as Training is provided.

Working days: 5 day work week (Retail Hours).

Salary: $2500-4000 (Base on Experience & Qualification).
