Own end-to-end delivery of your assigned tower across every country in your assigned SBFHE cluster — the single accountable point where tower questions are answered, not routed elsewhere.
Apply deep current-state and SAP S/4HANA process & technology knowledge to capture total business design considerations (beyond S4/HANA), including SOPs based on BWLs published
Carry the business side of testing: coordinate all country tower activities to address SIT execution issues, triage and retest defects, prepare and support UAT with business users, and evidence exit criteria.
Act as the working bridge between BU teams, the BU Tech Lead, SAP module consultants, change management, MDM and programme delivery partners — collecting feedback from the business and relaying it to programme leadership.
Shift the business's role to input, consultation and approval: you execute so that BAU experts validate and decide rather than deliver.
