🕘 Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Office Hours
What You'll Be Doing:
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment
- Verify order details, product availability, pricing, and shipping information
- Monitor order queues and coordinate with logistics to maintain smooth daily operations
- Update order status and maintain accurate records within the order management system
- Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
- Resolve routine order discrepancies and escalate complex issues when required
- Support inventory reconciliation and order verification activities
- Prepare, pack, and organise orders for dispatch
- Coordinate with delivery partners and manage urgent or special delivery requests
- Assist with ad-hoc operational duties and support continuous process improvements
