Manage contracts from tender through project completion.
Review contract terms and manage commercial requirements.
Handle variations, claims, EOTs, and contractual matters.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs, payments, and commercial performance.
Identify contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
