Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Includes 1-hour lunch break

No work on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

🚀 Job Summary

Nan Hua Primary School is looking for a reliable and service-oriented Admin Support Officer to support the school's reception counter and general administrative operations. The successful candidate will handle enquiries, assist students, manage mail and deliveries, maintain records, and perform simple administrative duties.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📞 Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries and follow up on customer enquiries.

🩹 Administer first aid and maintain records of sick or injured students.

📬 Manage incoming and outgoing mails.

📦 Assist with receiving and distributing goods and deliveries.

📁 Assist with filing and maintaining administrative records.

🔎 Maintain records of lost-and-found items.

📝 Perform simple administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the school.

🤝 Provide professional and helpful support to students, parents, staff and visitors.

✅ Qualifications

🎓 Minimum 'N' Level or equivalent.

💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

📞 Front desk experience, including handling telephone enquiries.

🏫 Experience in a school environment is preferred.

🩹 First Aid Certification is preferred. If not certified, training will be provided by the agency.
