House & Facilities Assistant

JobResponsibilities:

1.    Perform assignedmaintenance, repair, and rectification work orders.

2.    Ensure that buildingand facilities are well-maintained by conducting daily inspections and carryingout necessary repairs and maintenance.

3.    Procure and managecontracts and service providers for catering, cleaning, parking, and security.

4.    Anticipate thefacility's future needs and plan accordingly.

5.    Handle emergenciesas they arise.

6.    Monitor maintenance,renovation, refurbishment, and construction projects.

7.    Prepare reports onmaintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences as requested by supervisorsand Head of Department.

8.    Perform any otherad-hoc duties or projects assigned by direct supervisors and Head ofDepartment.

Job Requirements:

1.    Basic computerskills are required.

2.    Ability tocommunicate technical information effectively.

3.    Capable of managingpriorities and multitasking.

4.    Comfortable withstanding or walking for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment.

5.    Willingness to workon weekends and public holidays.
