Travel Agency Executive (Central)

Responsibilities

Coordinate air ticket reservations and travel arrangements for group and corporate bookings.

Liaise with land operators, hotels, restaurants, event venues, and service providers to obtain quotations and confirm bookings.

Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, airport transfers, coach transportation, and related logistics.

Prepare travel documentation, luggage tags, tour booklets, briefing materials, and pre-departure kits.

Handle visa enquiries and travel insurance purchases through phone and email correspondence.

Manage and resolve operational issues, disputes, and customer complaints with internal and external stakeholders.

Support the sales team with proposal preparation and operational coordination.

Assist the business travel team with daily operational activities and travel-related arrangements.

Issue event orders, invoices, and related documentation for operational support services.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or any relevant field.

Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Tourism or Hospitality industry, candidates with no relevant experience are welcomed to apply too.

Experience in group travel bookings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

GDS (Sabre or Amadeus) experience is an added advantage.
