Job Description:
Position: QC Technician
Well Established US Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing MNC
5 Days Work Week (Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:15pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500
Entitled to AWS + Variable Performance Bonuses
Working Location: Tuas
Company Transport Provided in Jurong Area
Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing
Main Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Conduct visual, dimensional, and basic product testing according to specifications.
Record inspection results and maintain accurate QC documentation.
Identify and report defective or non-conforming products to the relevant team.
Work closely with Production to resolve quality issues and maintain product standards.
Assist with sampling inspections, quality investigations, and audits when required.
Ensure QC equipment and inspection areas are properly maintained.
Requirements
Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
At least 1 year of QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.
Comfortable using basic measuring and inspection tools.
Attention to detail and ability to identify defects accurately.
