Environmental Technician

Details:

5 days Mon-Fri 8.30-6

Weekends standby $30/day, 3-5x per month

If activated count as OT

Valid class 3 license is added advantage

Responsibilities

Conduct water sampling for environmental testing based on scheduled and ad-hoc assignments, following established SOPs and sampling procedures.

Ensure collected samples are properly handled, labelled, stored, and transported for accurate testing.

Complete and update sampling records and documentation accurately by the end of each working day.

Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure all sampling equipment is clean and ready for use.

Follow all safety requirements, Safe Work Procedures, and relevant environmental guidelines.

Remain contactable and available during assigned standby duties to respond to sampling requests when required.
