Our client, a renowned main contractor firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Senior M&E Manager

Responsibilities

Lead M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects, covering feasibility, design, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance.

Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to review designs and value engineering proposals.

Support sourcing, tender evaluation, and appointment of consultants and contractors.

Review M&E designs, shop drawings, and proposals for compliance, functionality, and operational efficiency.

Drive value engineering initiatives to improve project outcomes and profitability.

Manage project delivery, budgets, defects, and long-term asset replacement planning.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).

Solid experience in MEP construction planning, equipment installation, and project execution.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction technologies, and quality/safety standards.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and coordinate with consultants/contractors.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Commercial awareness with a focus on cost, quality, and productivity.

Location: East

Working hours: 5 Days

Salary: up to S$11,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
