Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and responsible language teacher to deliver English instruction and foster strong student relationships that inspire loyalty and measurable learning progress.

Responsibilities

Research and develop academic frameworks and prepare teaching syllabi tailored to meet diverse student learning needs

Design and deliver lessons and tutorial classes aligned with course syllabi to achieve targeted learning outcomes

Conduct private and group classes in an engaging manner that promotes student participation and relevance to their academic goals

Provide ongoing academic support to students to enhance their language proficiency and confidence

Participate actively in student orientation and marketing events to support student engagement and school growth

Required competencies and certifications

Native English speaker

Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching language courses

Experience teaching English and other academic courses in a multilingual environment

Proven ability to conduct academic assessments to evaluate student progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education or Languages

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude
