Junior Sommelier (Sky Dining, Bar& Lounge l Nightlife, with transport)

Salary $3500

5 days, 44hrs per week (Rotating shift, based on roaster)

Operating hours

Sunday – Tuesday: 11 AM – 1 AM

Wednesday – Friday: 11 AM – 3 AM

Saturday & Eve of Public Holiday: 11 AM – 4 AM

(Company transportation provided for night shift staff)

Industry: Rooftop restaurant and bar, at 6th floor

Location: Short walking distance from City Hall mrt

Fulltime role, Yearly Bonus provided

Responsibilities

Recommend wines and beverages, and provide wine pairing suggestions to guests.

Serve wine and beverages following proper presentation and service standards.

Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Lead, train, and support the service team to deliver excellent customer service.

Monitor wine inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper storage of wines and beverages.

Handle guest enquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, company policies, and service quality standards.

Requirements

Preferably with experience in restaurant, bar, or fine dining environment, wine knowledge or WSET certification is an advantage

Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
