Mechanical Manager

Develop coordinated MEP layouts, sections and plant-room arrangements for building-services projects.

Translate engineering requirements into accurate 3D BIM models and construction details.

Produce and update shop, coordination and as-built documentation using Revit.

Extract relevant design information from architectural, structural and other engineering disciplines.

Perform multidisciplinary model coordination and identify spatial clashes or installation constraints.

Support project engineers and managers with BIM coordination, drawing updates and technical documentation.

Participate in site visits and coordination meetings to gather information and resolve modelling requirements.

Use Navisworks Manage for model review, coordination and clash detection.

Demonstrate strong Revit modelling capability, including development of detailed components and project-specific content.

Contractor-side experience preferred, particularly candidates capable of creating Revit families/components from scratch for new-build projects without relying on existing base models.
