FFE/Interior Project Executive (Hospitality)

Support site coordination/works on Fit-out, FF&E concepts for Hospitality projects

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes.

Maintain FF&E schedules, specification and documentation.

Stay updated on trends, products, and materials relevant to project needs.

In-depth knowledge of FF&E sourcing, suppliers, and manufacturing processes

Good understanding of operational and functional design requirements.

Organized and responsive in managing tasks and timelines.

Clear communicator and collaborative team member.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Experience in project liaison is essential

Excellent decision-making skills especially when under pressure
