Full Time Mailroom Operator (Near Kent Ridge MRT / Contract)

Job Responsibilities

1. TLD (Thermoluminescent Dosimeter) Handling

Label and apply TLD labels.

Sleeve TLDs.

Cut plastic covers for TLDs.

Handle yellow rings and TLD returns for calibration purposes.

Support the processing and return of TLDs for clients.

2. Collection & Return Management

Manage customer collections and returns.

Coordinate courier collections and deliveries.

Maintain and update collection and return records.

Prepare, organize, and file collection and return documentation.

3. Administrative & Customer Support

Answer incoming phone calls and customer enquiries.

Maintain manual records and documentation.

Assist with daily mailroom operations and administrative tasks.

4. Client Support Duties

Provide on-site operational support for client activities as assigned.

Assist with the collection, delivery, and return of equipment to client sites, including hospitals and other designated locations.

Coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection and return of equipment.
