Position Title: Resident Technical Officer

Working Location: Islandwide

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Supervise construction works involving buildings, tunnels, deep excavations, foundations, monitoring instrument installation, and monitoring data collection.

Ensure site works comply with relevant statutory codes, site supervision requirements, and quality control procedures.

Support construction administration and prepare progress reports.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities and work progress.

Proactively identify, manage, and resolve site issues while maintaining good teamwork.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an RTO, including experience supervising works of similar complexity.

Diploma in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical Engineering, or an equivalent relevant qualification.

Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

Possess a valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) certificate.

Familiar with relevant statutory codes, site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting.

Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own transport, as travelling to project sites is required.
