Position Title: Outdoor Sales Representative

Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided in Woodlands & Choa Chu Kang MRT)

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30pm-5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am - 1.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary $3,000 + AWS + Commission + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage regular customer accounts.

Coordinate with customers and external departments for deliveries.

Handle customer inquiries and process sales, purchase, and delivery orders.

Persuade clients with knowledge of our housebrand products.

Respond to customer queries and manage phone calls.

Using office software and online resources effectively.

Develop sales and business opportunities.

Promote and sell products to new customers.

Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions.

Conduct market research and analysis.

Meet sales targets, KPIs, and report results.

Provide excellent customer service and support.

GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.

1-2 years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and task-driven.

Willing to travel and attend industry events.
