Facilities Maintenance Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground.

Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness.

Manage customer complaints in professional manner.

Manage manpower deployment.

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties.

Any other related duties assigned by manager.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or other discipline

At least 2-3 years’ experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels, commercials etc

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong analytic and good persuasion skills

Excellent time management

Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team
