Job Description

Position Title: Sales Manager

Working Location: Bukit Batok

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Commission + $600 petrol allowance + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the government sector.

Find and connect with potential clients, building strong relationships.

Increase sales by offering AV solutions tailored to government needs.

Lead sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations.

Work with internal teams to provide customized solutions.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

Experience in AV sales, especially in the government sector, is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Audio & Video technology solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to travel as needed.
