Job Description

Position Title: Sales Executive

Working Location: Tuas

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm, alt Sat: 8.30am – 1.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic + Commission + VB

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the customer base through lead follow-up, prospecting, and incoming sales enquiries.

Source new clients, including contractors, developers, and direct customers.

Present and explain aluminium windows, doors, and related installation works to potential clients.

Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and prepare quotations.

Handle customer enquiries, follow up on requirements, and resolve issues promptly.

Coordinate with internal operations and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and installation arrangements.

Prepare sales reports and update sales activities when required.

Achieve sales targets while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in construction, contractor, interior, or related industries.

Experience with aluminium, glass, doors, windows, or related building products will be an advantage.

Prior sales experience in the technology industry will be an added advantage.
