Position Title: QA Senior Technician/ Supervisor

Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)

Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + VB

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate test results, SPC chart updates, and COA documents prepared by QA Technicians.

Provide hands-on, on-the-job training and guidance to QA Technicians.

Work closely with representatives from other departments to coordinate and resolve day-to-day operational matters.

Participate in Risk Assessment and FMEA activities within the QA function.

Support the QA Engineer in handling customer enquiries and investigating customer complaints.

Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for finished products and carry out related activities in accordance with established procedures and workflows.

Perform incoming and outgoing inspections/checks according to the relevant procedures.

Manage and maintain ISO-related and departmental documentation within the QA function.

Accurately record, process, and maintain testing results, including updating Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and monitoring incoming materials.

Support QA-related activities, including external provider management and internal/external audits.

Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related Science discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.

Good understanding of quality control practices, with the ability to perform statistical analysis.

Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards would be an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
