Position: Sales Admin  (Shipping/Customer Service)

Location: Ang Mo Kio- few bus stops from AMK MRT

Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $2800+ Bonus+ Medical + Dental

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries and hotline calls.

Prepare quotations, process sales orders and maintain documentation.

Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and ensure timely delivery.

Prepare shipping and Letter of Credit documents.

Support packing of outgoing shipments.

Liaise with sales and technical teams on order specifications.

Update sales forecasts and prepare monthly outstanding-order reports.

Provide general sales administration and team coverage.

Requirements

Sales coordination, sales administration or order-processing experience.

Familiarity with shipping documents and freight-forwarder coordination.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

QuickBooks knowledge required or strongly preferred.

LC documentation experience is advantageous.

Strong customer service, coordination and follow-up skills.
