Job Responsibilities
Carry out installation, maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of lifts and elevator systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and control system faults.
Conduct testing, adjustment and commissioning of lift equipment.
Attend breakdown and service calls when required.
Ensure all works comply with safety and quality requirements.
Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams on technical issues.
Requirements
Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
1–2 years of experience in lift, elevator, escalator or related engineering maintenance preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Able to troubleshoot and perform hands-on maintenance work.
Comfortable working at heights and on-site.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with relevant technical experience but no lift experience may also be considered.
