Quality Control Technician / Assistant Engineer (GD&T)

Salary: S$2,500 - S$3500

Location: Singapore

Working Hours: 5 Days

Job Responsibilities

Perform dimensional inspection and quality checks on machined components and assemblies.

Interpret and verify engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T requirements.

Operate measuring equipment such as CMM, height gauge, micrometer, vernier caliper and other precision tools.

Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections.

Prepare inspection reports, quality records and non-conformance reports.

Work with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

Ensure products meet customer and engineering specifications.

Requirements

Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

1–3 years of experience in Quality Control / Inspection / Precision Engineering / Machining.

Good understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.

Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.

Experience with CMM is an advantage.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
