Position Title: Project Manager (M&E - ACMV)

Working Location: Sungei Kadut

Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage mechanical air-conditioning and ventilation systems in both residential and commercial buildings.

Provide leadership, adaptability, and strong project management skills to meet changing demands.

Work independently while maintaining high initiative and the ability to manage pressure.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Any ad hoc duties assigned

Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Good knowledge of mechanical air-conditioning and ventilation system design and installation for residential and commercial buildings.

Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

At least 6 years of relevant experience in Singapore, with proven results.

Class 3 driving license is preferred.
