Position Title: Project Manager (Construction)

Working Location: Central

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 9AM – 5.30PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $9,000 + Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement productivity enhancement strategies in alignment with company goals.

Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources in construction projects

Work closely with site managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution

Ensure compliance with BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations and productivity frameworks

Monitor construction progress and identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies

Analyze workflow processes and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.

Work with contractors, architects, and project managers to align productivity goals with project requirements

Implement cost-reduction measures through efficient planning and execution.

Identify potential risks in construction projects and develop mitigation strategies

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction management, project leadership, or productivity enhancement

Candidates who possess a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) are largely advantageous

Familiarity with BCA productivity frameworks and construction technologies
