HR Executive - Recruitment/Nursing Home

Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment efforts for local and overseas positions, including job fairs and educational institutions.

Create and review job advertisements, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with respective managers.

Prepare employment contracts, letters, and necessary documentation, and track recruitment progress for open roles.

Provide administrative support for compensation and benefits, including performance appraisals and staff claims in line with policies.

Support employee relations initiatives, ensuring effective resolution of challenges and strengthening workplace relationships.

Organize social and recreational events to foster interaction and enhance employee well-being.

Assist in facilitating communication sessions, health programs, and recognition awards for employees.

Review and update organizational policies and procedures, maintain job descriptions, and manage employee records in HRIS.

Conduct audits on employee accommodations and exit interviews for departing staff.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, particularly in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

Experience with high-volume recruitment or within the healthcare sector is preferred.
