Position Title: Project Manager (Electrical)

Working Location: Ubi

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30AM – 6.15PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $9,000 + Transport Allowance + Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders.

Define project scope and objectives, manage changes, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Ensure that all electrical installations and systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to procure necessary materials and services.

Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and records.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline

Minimum 5+ years of electrical engineering experience

Prior experience in the construction industry is considered an advantage

Experience in project management is a plus
