Job Description

Position Title: Accounts Executive

Working Location: Jurong East

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain proper and up-to-date financial records and documentation

Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Manage and track petty cash transactions

Prepare basic financial reports and support month-end closing activities

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Handle inter-company billings and reconciliations across regional entities

Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collection and payment

Liaise with internal teams and external parties on finance-related matters

Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data entry

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accountancy or relevant studies.

Proficient in accounting software and basic accounting concepts.

Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with full set of accounts
