Job Description

Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Dairy Products

Position Title: HR Executive

Working Location: Pioneer /Tuas

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, and final salary payments.

Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel e-files.

Handle recruitment, interview arrangements, onboarding, and offboarding.

Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, resignations, exit clearance, and IR21 submissions.

Maintain training records and process government leave claims.

Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and employment regulations.

Support employee engagement activities, company events, and HR projects.

Manage management’s calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and personal administrative matters.

Handle office supplies, procurement, and general administration.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Familiar with payroll, work passes, and Singapore employment regulations.

Experience using Info-Tech HR software is advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
