Position Title: Sales Executive

Working Location: Beach Road

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.00pm; Sat, 9.00am – 1.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain good relationships with travel agents and clients to expand market reach and strengthen customer loyalty.

Manage and update the company’s social media platforms with promotions, advertisements, updates, and relevant marketing content to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Work with management to plan and carry out sales and marketing strategies that support business goals and market needs.

Prepare reports on agent visits, client feedback and complaints, and sales performance to support decision-making and improvements.

Review sales data to identify trends, develop suitable sales strategies, and set realistic sales targets to support revenue growth.

Handle BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) tasks accurately and efficiently as required.

Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus or Galileo.

Good communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients and team members.

Able to manage social media content to support marketing activities and audience engagement.

Interest in the aviation and travel industry.
