Project Control Officer [MS Power BI & Automation]/ APAC/ JLPT/ $5K base+Vb/ Japanese MNC/ Paya Lebar

Practical experience with  Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate  is preferred.

Japanese-language proficiency or  JLPT certification  is an advantage, as the role involves frequent communication with stakeholders at the company’s headquarters in Japan.

Our client, a reputable Japanese construction multinational corporation, is seeking a suitable candidate to join its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Support regional construction project management using Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate to collect, organise, analyse and report project information.

Develop and maintain dashboards covering project quality, schedules, costs, change orders, manpower, safety, environmental matters and financial performance.

Automate reporting processes and document workflows.

Maintain accurate project records and provide management with timely dashboards, reports and business insights.

Prepare periodic business reports for stakeholders at the APAC headquarters and Japan headquarters.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and follow up on reporting requirements.

Manage project and Integrated Management System documentation.

Support internal and external IMS audits and ensure proper document control.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline.

Practical experience using Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.

Good understanding of accounting principles, project costing, budgeting and financial reporting.

Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Japanese-language proficiency or JLPT certification is preferred due to frequent communication with stakeholders in Japan.

Experience in construction, project controls or project reporting would be advantageous.
