Position Title: Sales Assistant

Working Location: Robinson Street

Working Hours: 5.5 days(Mon-Fri 10.30am-7.30pm, Sat 10.30am-4pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary $2,200 + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Help customers in-store and online with product questions, purchases, and after-sales support.

Accurately process, pack, and sort online orders.

Manage cash transactions, maintain the register, and perform daily sales reconciliations.

Work with team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Keep the store clean, organize merchandise displays, and track inventory levels.

Use Microsoft Office and other computer skills to manage sales records, reports, and communications.

Minimum "N" Level.

Willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

Detail-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to handle multiple tasks positively.

Accuracy in transactions, order processing, and customer interactions is crucial.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of e-commerce platforms preferred.
