Position Title: Business Development Executive

Working Location: Tagore Industrial Avenue

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Commission + Transport / Mobile Allowances + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue business opportunities to maximise company profit.

Source competitive rates from vendors.

Explore new ways to support company growth, such as sub-contracts or joint ventures.

Expand the client base by meeting with direct and indirect clients.

Host and assist overseas agents or vendors visiting Singapore to strengthen relationships.

Attend overseas conferences and networking events to grow the company’s agent/vendor network.

Collect and monitor market and competitor information for effective business development.

Develop long-term business goals and strengthen the company’s position in existing markets.

Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.

Serve as a point of contact between the company and current or potential clients.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Experienced in sales or business development in construction/project services industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with client-facing activities and outdoor meetings.

Able to work independently and in a team.
