Gift Processing Executive (UP3500 | Education | West)

Duration:  6 months (renewable, subject to performance)

Working Hours

Mon – Thurs: 8.30 am – 5.45 pm

Fri: 8.30 am – 5.15 pm

Salary:  3,000 to $3,500

Job Description

Gift Processing: Accurately enter and classify donations in the database, ensuring compliance with donor intent

Acknowledgment: Generate and send timely thank-you letters to donors, enhancing satisfaction and engagement

Data Management: Maintain and update donor records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

Process Improvement: Work closely with fundraising teams to support campaigns and initiatives and improve processes to meet the fundraising needs

Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security protocols.

REQUIREMENTS

Min. Diploma in Business or Accountancy field

Knowledge of the non-profit sector and/or fundraising is preferred

Meticulous with good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

Proficient in handling data and numbers

Good proficiency in MS Excel and data management systems

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to multi-task and deliver with quality and timeliness
