Position Title: Field Engineer

Working Location: Joo Koon

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for machinery and systems, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and recommend corrective actions.

Respond to customer service requests within the agreed response time and provide effective technical solutions.

Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records in the company’s SSA system.

Recommend spare parts, repair options, and maintenance services to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Liaise with suppliers, principals, and manufacturers on technical support, warranty matters, equipment issues, spare parts, and service concerns.

Support the Technical Operations Executive team in preparing service quotations, maintenance contracts, and technical proposals.

Follow workplace safety requirements and company procedures during service activities.

Build and maintain good customer relationships through professional and responsive support.

Attend technical training and continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Hands-on experience and good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

At least 2 years of relevant mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.

Knowledge of PLC programming, PLC troubleshooting, or AutoCAD is an advantage.

Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
