Responsibilities

Manage key accounts for Temp/Contract roles

Sourcing candidates through different recruitment channels

Adhere to all recruitment guidelines

Acts as an advocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide follow up

Build a consistent talent pipeline

Requirements

Diploma and above

Multi-tasker, proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilient and is driven to work in a fast-paced work environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong drive to succeed in placement closure

Attainment of CEI certification will be advantageous
