Join Our New Paediatric Allergy Specialist Clinic

We are a newly established paediatric allergy specialist clinic dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate care for infants, children and adolescents with allergic conditions. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Staff Nurse to join our founding team.

Whether you have previous clinic experience or are keen to transition into specialist outpatient practice, we welcome your application. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform frontline duties including managing registration, scheduling appointments, and handling phone or email inquiries and coordination of patient flow. Handle point-of-sale (POS) duties, including billing, processing payments (cash, NETS, credit card), and managing daily cash balancing.
• Support clinical administrative tasks and file management as needed.
• Assist the specialist during patient consultations and procedures.
• Perform allergy skin prick testing (training provided).
• Assist with oral food and drug challenge procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications and vaccines where appropriate.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on allergy, eczema, asthma and anaphylaxis.
• Manage and Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinic inventory.
• Assist with infection control, inventory management and the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
• Perform nursing procedures as required

Requirements

• Enrolled Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board practising certificate.
• Previous experience in a GP, paediatric or specialist outpatient clinic is preferred but not essential.
• Training will be provided for candidates
• Caring, patient and service-oriented, with a passion for working with children and families.
• Keen to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a small team.
