Senior Accountant

工作职责 Job Responsibilities

负责公司全盘账务处理，包括应收、应付、总账、成本核算、费用审核、凭证录入及月末结账，并编制月度、季度及年度财务报表。

Handle the company’s full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, cost accounting, expense verification, journal entries, month-end closing, and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

负责新加坡 GST、企业所得税及 IRAS 相关申报，确保按时完成申报及税务资料归档。

Handle Singapore GST, corporate income tax and IRAS-related submissions, ensuring timely filing and proper record keeping.

负责 ACRA 年报及相关法定财务提交；管理公司银行账户、银行对账及现金流。

Handle ACRA annual returns and relevant statutory filings; manage company bank accounts, bank reconciliations and cash-flow monitoring.

审核供应商付款及员工报销，管控费用，并维护完整的财务档案及凭证。

Review supplier payments and staff claims, control expenses and maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

协助外部审计，准备审计所需资料；编制管理报表，为管理层提供准确及时的财务数据。

Support external audits and prepare required documents; prepare management reports and provide accurate and timely financial information to management.

管理会计助理，包括工作分配、账务复核及优化财务流程。

Supervise the Accounting Assistant, including work allocation, review of accounting work and improvement of accounting processes.

对接银行、IRAS、ACRA、审计师、会计师事务所及其他相关外部机构。

Liaise with banks, IRAS, ACRA, auditors, accounting firms and other relevant external parties.

任职要求 Requirements

大专或以上会计、财务或相关专业。

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

3–6年新加坡企业全盘会计经验，有贸易/进出口行业经验者优先。

3–6 years of full-set accounting experience in Singapore; trading/import-export experience preferred.

熟悉 IRAS、GST、ACRA 相关流程及新加坡会计要求。

Good knowledge of IRAS, GST and ACRA requirements and procedures.

熟悉会计及 ERP 系统，有 Oracle / NetSuite 实际操作经验者优先。

Proficient in accounting and ERP systems; hands-on Oracle and/or NetSuite experience is highly preferred.

持有 ACCA / Singapore CA 或同等专业资格者优先。

ACCA / Singapore CA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.

中英文听说读写良好。

Good command of both English and Chinese, written and spoken.

工作细心、严谨、有责任心，能够独立处理全盘账务，并具备管理会计助理的能力。

Detail-oriented, responsible, able to independently handle a full set of accounts and supervise junior accounting staff.
