Patients' and Visitors' registration

Appointment scheduling (handling both in and outbound calls, facsimiles, and emails)
Observation ward monitoring: Preparing necessary medical documents for doctors' review
Admission and discharge coordination.
Requirements
Experience in highly stressful/customer service environment would be advantageous
Able to perform 3 rotating shifts on a 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays
