Technical Controller

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes and regulatory requirements.

Prepare, review and manage technical documentation, drawings, method statements and project submissions.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities on technical and project-related matters.

Monitor project progress, technical issues and site activities to ensure projects are delivered according to approved plans and specifications.

Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering, construction and site-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, safety requirements and authority requirements.

Support project planning, scheduling, cost monitoring and coordination to achieve project objectives and deadlines.

Conduct site inspections and technical reviews, identify potential issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

Must be a certified Technical Controller with experience in a Class 1 General Builder company to support the company's licensing requirements.
