Business Development Executive (Food Manufacturer)

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Business Development Executive

Location: North

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary Package: Up to $3,600 + Commission + Incentives + AWS + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.

Conduct market and customer research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.

Develop and manage sales pipelines in line with business and revenue targets.

Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate business enquiries, proposals, tenders and project requirements.

Support pricing, deal structuring and commercial discussions.

Develop and implement business development and outbound sales strategies.

Track business performance and provide regular updates to management.

Support marketing and go-to-market initiatives for new products or services.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Business, Management or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development or project management.

Valid Class 3 Driving License preferred.

Willing to travel locally and overseas frequently when required.
