Clinic Receptionist (Customer Service) - Aesthetic Clinic

Our esteemed client in the Medical Aesthetic industry is seeking a Clinic Receptionist (Customer Service) to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Clinic Receptionist (Customer Service)

Location: Central

Working Hours: 5.5 Days, capped at 44 hours per week (Closed on Sunday & PHs)

Salary Package: Up to $2,600 + Quarterly Incentives + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and phone enquiries.

Perform cashiering and administrative duties.

Dispense products/medications according to clinic procedures.

Monitor inventory, replenish stock, and assist with stock-taking.

Maintain a clean and organized reception and dispensary area.

Job Requirements:

At least GCE “O” level or its equivalent.

Relevant experience in a clinic, healthcare, retail, or customer service environment.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
