Accounts Executive (Manufacturing)

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking an Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8am to 5.30pm; Sat, 8am to 12pm)

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) entries, along with regular bank reconciliations.

Oversee the preparation and maintenance of meticulous financial records to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.

Support the finance team in executing efficient monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures.

Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all incoming invoices, outgoing payments, and employee expense reimbursements.

Monitor aging reports and engage in professional follow-up actions with clients and customers regarding outstanding balances.

Assist in the compilation of financial statements and the development of annual corporate budgets.

Uphold strict adherence to prevailing accounting standards, local tax regulations, and internal company protocols.

Job Requirements:

Holds a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in handling full set of accounting, preferably from manufacturing industry.

Comfortable working half day on Saturdays.

Able to start work in short notice.
