Logistics Customer Service

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate sea and air shipments, transport, warehouse activities, and deliveries.

Liaise with customers, warehouse staff, transporters, carriers, co-loaders, and internal departments.

Prepare customs permits, clearance documents, refund applications, delivery orders, and arrival notices.

Check, sort, match, and file shipping and warehouse documents accurately and on time.

Prepare payment vouchers for carrier and co-loader charges and submit them to the Accounts Department.

Handle customer and shipper enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Update customers on order status, inventory availability, shipment progress, and delivery schedules.

Support daily operations to meet customer service standards.

Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager, Sales Manager, or immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, Diploma preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Candidates with freight forwarding customer service experience will have an added advantage.

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and a positive working attitude

Independent, organized, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Training and guidance will be provided where required.
