About the role 💬
Consultative face-to-face sales — establishing what a customer actually needs before recommending anything. Clients span telecommunications, consumer services and the non-profit sector.
Roles & Responsibilities
Engage customers at assigned sites and assess their requirements
Recommend suitable products, or advise where none fit
Explain terms, pricing and contractual details accurately
Complete sign-ups and ensure documentation meets client compliance standards
Meet weekly sign-up targets
Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Strong listener, patient with detailed questions
Comfortable telling a customer a product is not right for them
No prior experience required. Fresh graduates welcome.
