Career Progression

Support the Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Department in maintaining a fair, orderly and transparent market, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and strengthening company's internal governance and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor trading activities and analyse surveillance alerts to identify potential market misconduct and unusual trading behaviour.

Support investigations, escalation and reporting of suspicious trading activities to relevant stakeholders and regulators.

Review and enhance market surveillance frameworks, policies, procedures and alert parameters.

Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations under the Securities and Futures Act, including regulatory reporting, breach assessments and internal controls.

Liaise with regulators, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and support regulatory and compliance matters.

Support corporate governance activities, including Board and shareholder matters, as well as whistleblowing and disciplinary reviews.

Requirements

Degree in Banking & Finance or other related field

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in derivatives trading compliance or market surveillance.

Investigation or law enforcement experience is advantageous.

Excellent Chinese proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
